Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued the following announcement on March 30.
Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Monday cleared the way for notary publics to perform their duties remotely to avoid spread of COVID-19. In Executive Order 2020-015, the governor waives any disciplinary action for notaries who use audio-video technology rather than face-to-face meetings with clients for notary services.
