City of Espanola issued the following announcement on Apr. 18.
Face Mask and Social Distancing Enforcement-
The City of Española is asking everyone to please wear a mask when going out in public. Be reminded that you do not need to buy masks from stores or online. You can make your own masks from material at home such as a bandana (instructions on flyer) or another piece of clothing.
