Central Consolidated School District (CCSD) has announced a series of Winter Family & Community Engagement Meetings for the 2024-2025 school year. These meetings aim to involve parents, guardians, and community members with district officials, offering them an opportunity to provide feedback and stay updated on the schools' progress and goals.

The upcoming meetings are scheduled as follows: December 10, 2024, at Newcomb Middle School Gym in Newcomb, NM; December 18, 2024, at Bond Wilson Technical Center in Kirtland, NM; and December 19, 2024, at Eva B. Stokely Elementary School Cafeteria in Shiprock, NM. All sessions will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

These gatherings are intended to "provide mid-year department updates," give an "overview of the Summer Equity Pillar Project," discuss "next steps in the Equity Pillar Project," and include a "Family and Community Interaction Panel."

Additionally, CCSD has shared its quarterly stakeholder meeting schedule for spring. The Spring Stakeholder Meetings are set for March 26, 2025, in Shiprock; March 27, 2025, in Kirtland; and April 9, 2026, in Newcomb.
