National Park Service recently issued the following announcement.
Park Closure
The El Morro Nat. Mon. Visitor Center is closed as of March 18, 2020
Following guidance from the CDC and recommendations from state and local public health in consultation with NPS Public Health Service officers, the visitor center is temporarily closed. Trails in the park are currently open.
