The 7-day precipitation forecast from WPC is eye-popping to say the least. Most of this rainfall is actually expected to fall between Friday night and Sunday morning. Major flash flooding is possible on recent burn scars. Flooding is also likely on small streams, creeks, arroyos, tributaries to main stem rivers, and low lying areas. Noticeable rises are also expected on larger rivers. Road closures are possible.
