At 0800 this morning Deputy Ernesto Giron conducted a traffic stop on Private Drive 1534 in Hernandez.
Deputy Giron conducted field sobriety test on the driver, the driver failed tests and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
Los Alamos Police drug recognition experts assisted Deputy Giron.
