Corporal Joseph Cannon and Deputy Andres Sanchez made an arrest on Sunday night, the suspect had a sawed-off shotgun underneath their right thigh while operating a vehicle. Deputies were able to safely remove the suspect from the vehicle.
The suspect was arrested on a felony trafficking warrant, and subsequently discovered a plastic baggie with 377 Oxycodone pills, commonly referred to as “blues”.
Good job to Cpl. Cannon and Deputy Sanchez, great work as we continue to fight against this epidemic that plagues our communities.
