Happy Halloween!!! Have you checked our Sex Offender registry to see where the registered sex offenders live?
Sex offenders that are on probation or parole are not allowed to have Halloween decorations, a light on on Halloween night, or give out candy on Halloween night. Our deputies will be out checking approximately 30 houses to ensure they are abiding by the restrictions alongside the Probation and Parole department.
However, once sex offenders are no longer on probation or parole, they do not have the Halloween restrictions. So please know where your kids are tonight and be safe!
