Last night we had graduation for our Girls with G.R.I.T. class. We take this time to reflect on highlights of the 10 week course and discuss what these ladies took away from all the different topics we covered. Obviously we have some fun too!!
This program would not be possible without the generosity of our community! We have several people to thank for their contributions to graduation night. First to the Farmers Insurance Manchester Agency and The Spare Rib BBQ Company for providing dinner. Thank you Baskin-Robbins for always donating ice cream cakes to celebrate our last night! And last but no least, thank you Kimo Vista Solutions for donating pepper spray for all these ladies.
We would also like to thank our San Juan County Sheriff's Office Foundation for all the work they do! Not only do they raise the money to fund this program, they are also out securing all the food donations and delivering the food every week. We appreciate all the work y'all do behind the scenes to help make this, and all our community programs a success.
We would also like to thank our in house GRIT team!! It takes a lot of preparation to make this whole program run as smooth as it does and we are blessed with these five women that are dedicated to making this program a success.
