Today we had the honor to help celebrate the life of Reserve Deputy Jeff Manning. The amount of people in attendance is a true testament to how loved and respected he is. Deputy Manning, you will always be remembered! Your service to the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of San Juan County will never be forgotten.
