Miranda Salazar and Rhianna Padilla, former Espanola Valley High School standouts, played on Monday, November 6 in NAIA game

On Monday, November 6, former Espanola Valley High School standouts Miranda Salazar and Rhianna Padilla’s current college team, the Northern New Mexico Eagles, won 55-54 in their NAIA game against the Benedictine Mesa Redhawks.

The game took place in Mesa, Arizona. This was the first matchup against the Benedictine Mesa Redhawks this season.

The Northern New Mexico Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, November 10 at 2 p.m. in Hobbs, New Mexico.
