Elvira Bitsoi has joined Naschitti Elementary School as the new principal. With two decades of experience in education and administration, she becomes part of the Central Consolidated School District (CCSD). Bitsoi expressed her enthusiasm for the warm welcome she received on her first day at the school.

"I enjoyed my first day of work with CCSD at Naschitti Elementary," Bitsoi stated. "The staff were welcoming and excited to see me, and I am truly looking forward to the many wonderful opportunities to learn and grow alongside the children, staff, and parents at Naschitti."

Bitsoi's career spans over 20 years in educational leadership and classroom teaching. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where students and staff can thrive. Her commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere was evident from her initial interactions with the school community.

“I am excited to work together with the talented team at Naschitti to continue fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth,” she added. “My goal is to ensure that every child has the tools and support they need to succeed.”

As an administrator, Bitsoi aims to build strong partnerships with teachers, families, and the wider community. Her leadership will play a crucial role in advancing the school's mission of providing high-quality education tailored to each student's unique needs.
