Attempt to Commit a Felony | San Juan County Sheriff's Office, NM
Last week, Aaron Bahr was sentenced for his conviction of two (2) counts of Attempt to Commit a Felony, to wit: Criminal Sexual Penetration 1st Degree (Child Under 13) (second degree felony) and one count of Criminal Sexual Penetration in the First Degree (Child Under 13) (first degree felony). Judge Townsend sentenced Bahr to 9 concurrent years for the first two crimes and 18 consecutive years for the third, totaling 27 years.
