This month has been the top ten reasons we love our volunteers, the number one reason!
1. Their dedication. Not to impugn the Post Office, but our volunteers are, without a doubt, more reliable than the mail. Through rain, sleet, snow, and dark of night, they make their appointed rounds… every time the community is in need. And that’s more than just fires… We respond to medical calls, car crashes, hazmat, and many others—in fact, call volume is approaching 10,000 annually. And our volunteers are always there.
