On Saturday, June 29, 2024, twenty students from the Central Consolidated School District (CCSD), ranging from grades 6-12, traveled to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. This marks the second year of collaboration between the CCSD Gifted, Talented, and Creative Program and the Purdue University HOPE+SIM Partnership. The partnership provides scholarships for CCSD's gifted and talented students to attend the Purdue University Gifted Education Research and Resource Institute (GER2I) Summer Residential Camp.
