To join the meeting and view and listen to proceedings or make a public comment. You may be asked to download and install a Cisco WebEx Meeting application. After it is installed and launches, enter your information. Use password open if requested. You can choose your audio and video settings, then click 'join meeting' If you wish to comment use the 'raise hand' button to indicate you would like to speak when asked for, or request to do so in the chat.
