WHEN: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday October 10, 2020
WHERE: San Juan County Administration Building- 100 S Oliver, Dr., Aztec, NM 87410
This is a good way for residents to dispose of waste that shouldn’t be thrown in the trash. Things like used batteries, light bulbs, auto fluids, household cleaners, gardening chemicals, and aerosols.
There are limits to the items accepted, including business or industrial waste and 55-gallon drums, tires, appliances, or e-waste.
The collection will be limited to residents of Bloomfield, Kirtland, and the unincorporated part of San Juan County. Proof of residency is required. Residents from Aztec and Farmington will not be allowed to drop off waste and can instead take advantage of curbside household hazardous waste collection, as a part of their sanitation services.
