It’s a tall order to fill the ranks of SJCFR- both on the volunteer side and the staff who support the volunteers.
Today, we held interviews for the position of Division Chief of Recruiting and Retention. Candidates were put through five stations to test various aspects of their abilities.
Out of four candidates, one will be offered the job and will be a valuable part of the team.
