Fire personnel made considerable progress on the fire and more personnel is schedule to be coming in throughout the week.
The Sheriff’s Office will be going out in teams to make contact with communities that have been placed in SET status that includes Canyon Plaza, Vallecitos, and La Madera West/Ancones.
The Rio Arriba Sheriff’s Office along with Rio Arriba Emergency Management will have a command post at the Northern New Mexico Community college in El Rito.
