Captain Tapia and Lieutenant Gonzales conducted an operational brief for all participating law enforcement personnel for the 98th The Official Burning of Zozobra event.
Nearly 200 law enforcement personnel will be supporting this event by way of interior posts, exterior traffic posts, bicycle patrol, police motorcycles, UTV patrols and Special Operations teams.
Chief Joye, Deputy Chief Valdez and Deputy Chief Champlin expressed their appreciation for all our SFPD personnel and partner agencies for their contribution keeping this event safe for all participants.
